Role Snapshot
Position: Founding President (Volunteer → Compensation pathway)
Time Commitment: 8-10 hours week (minimum)
Phase: Early-stage build (Years 1–2)
Location: Southern Vancouver Island + remote flexibility
Focus: Operations, partnerships, funding, and organizational development

We are calling in a founding leader to help bring the Family Stewardship Foundation into form.
This opportunity is about the consequences of your actions, not your ideas.
We need your gifts, your time, and your capacity to pick up the phone, send the email, take the meeting, and walk with a 20 person wise council and our local Nations and communities to build this once in a lifetime innovation for parents here, and everywhere.
This role is both relational and operational — working alongside the Founder and Wise Council to establish the systems, partnerships, and funding required to support families through life’s major thresholds.
